Sahanaa Threads is open to customers from anywhere in the world. However, please note that we currently ship within India only. If you are placing an order from outside India, please ensure your delivery address is within India before completing your purchase.

Products & pricing

What you see is what you get

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible — including photographs, fabric descriptions, and sizing. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings. These variations are not considered defects.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Placing an order

When you place an order on our website or Instagram shop, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review it carefully. If there are any errors in the order details — such as your address or the items selected — contact us immediately so we can correct them before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

Our Instagram shop is an extension of the Sahanaa Threads brand. The same terms — including our pricing, payment, shipping, and returns policies — apply to all purchases made through our Instagram shop.

Please note that Instagram's own terms and community guidelines also apply when you interact with us on that platform. Sahanaa Threads is not responsible for any changes to Instagram's platform or features.

Sahanaa Threads takes every effort to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, technical issues beyond our control, or circumstances outside our reasonable influence.
